IF I LIVE LOCALLY IN SOUTH FLORIDA, WILL I GET A HOTEL ROOM? HOW SHOULD I GET THERE?Yes, all of our Top Sellers will have the option to stay at the W South Beach on April 28 & 29. If you live in the Miami area and choose not to stay at the hotel, please contact your AGMO. If you are based in South Florida, you should plan to drive to the event. You can drive with another Top Seller from your store if you choose. Parking and mileage will be reimbursed.

HOW DO I BOOK MY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS?Please work with your AGMO or Store Director to book your travel. Please do not book airfare through any other platforms. We will reserve your hotel room on your behalf.

WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE?Plan to arrive by 4PM on Monday, April 28th and depart after 12PM on Wednesday, April 30th. Advisors from Los Angeles, Palm Desert, San Francisco, Phoenix, and Hawaii are permitted to book Sunday travel if flight options are not available on Monday.

CAN I EXTEND MY TRIP?If you choose to extend for personal reasons, any additional costs will be covered by you & will require PTO approval. If you extend for business reasons (e.g. shopping trip with a client), your store will cover these expenses at the GM’s discretion.
